You may apply in person or via online by visiting our company website
Read and understand all terms and conditions before subscribing our internet service
Choose your internet plan
Wait for the validation if your area is serviceable and wait for confirmation via text or call
If serviceable, 24 hours to wait for the installation and activation
Pay the first mothly bill upon installation/activation including installation fee and other charges
Modem and Router is the property of the company and can be pullout if in active for 60 days
Altering the configuration of the modem is prohibited and 200 pesos will be charge to the subscriber for reconfiguration
Extesnion of internet from your main router to other location will be may done by DIY or it can be the technical team who will do the work with labor fee depend on the type of work and difficulty
Materials needed for the extension of internet shall be provided by the client or the technical team will provide the material and pay what ever the cost materials
Extension of internet maintenance is not the priority of our company technical team. Technical team may extend support if there's a free time
Technical team top priority of services is from NAP BOX to main router
Disconnection is applied after 1 days grace period from day of due date.
Brownout not covered by bill discount
Bill discount only applied after assessment
Number of days of discount start only on day reported(Keep evidence of reporting)
You may pay your Bill via Gcash 09356633075 SA**YO or Over the counter and legit company Collector
No contract is applied
It is your liability of the client/subscriber to inform us for any concern about company services via call or text
