2. You may apply in person or via online by visiting our company website
3. Read and understand all terms and conditions before subscribing our internet service
4. Choose your internet plan
5. Wait for the validation if your area is serviceable and wait for confirmation via text or call
6. If serviceable, 24 hours to wait for the installation and activation
7. One month advance payment upon installation/activation and a charge fee of 8 pesos per meter if exceed 300 meters of the fiber cable
8. Modem and Router is the property of the company and can be pullout if in active for 30 days
9. Altering the configuration of the modem is prohibited and 300 pesos will be charge to the subscriber for reconfiguration
10. Disconnection is applied after 3 days grace period from day of due date.
11. You may pay your Bill via Gcash, Bank Transfer, Over the counter and legit company Collector
12. No contract is applied
13. It is your liability of the client/subscriber to inform us for any concern about company services via call or text
